Our Vision: Raising World Changers Across the Globe
The goal of the World Changers Network is to build decentralised leadership platforms across the world—raising men and women who will bring lasting transformation to their generation.
By the grace of God, we are working towards establishing over 1,000 active centres by 2028, where true leaders are trained, empowered, and released for global impact.
This vision will be accomplished through the launch of World Changers Campuses and Chapters across nations. These centres will serve as hubs for leadership development, using our carefully designed online content, manuals, and books.
How It Works
Individuals who are passionate about leadership and transformation will be trained using our structured tools and resources. Upon completion:
- You may be assigned the role of a Coordinator (if you choose to serve in that capacity).
- You will be certified and authorised to launch and run a campus or chapter (upon approval).
- As you grow in leadership and impact, you can expand into regional and broader influence.
You determine your level of commitment and growth—your journey is in your hands.
Training Structure
We provide three levels of leadership courses that can be run within your centre. In addition:
- Coordinators receive ongoing personal development materials for a purposeful and impactful life.
- All content is already developed and made freely accessible, making implementation simple and practical.
Mode of Operation
- Each campus or chapter operates through physical gatherings and interactive sessions.
- Meetings may be held weekly or twice monthly.
- Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
Offerings and local support are used strictly for the maintenance of individual centres, not sent to the headquarters.
However, coordinators are encouraged to support the broader vision by giving voluntarily through our donation platform.
Our Leadership Model
Our approach follows a “train-the-trainers” model, but goes beyond theory into practical transformation.
We raise leaders who:
- Discover their God-given purpose
- Help others discover theirs
- Build people through structured leadership pathways
As a World Changer, you will:
- Mentor and develop others
- Support the launch of new campuses and centres
- Contribute to transformation at local, interdenominational, national, international, and corporate levels

To become a World Changer leader, you must:
- Be a committed Christian
- Have surrendered your life to the Lordship of Christ
- Be able to teach or support the teaching of the Word
- Be willing to follow our guidelines
- Live an exemplary and disciplined life
