Unleashing the Power of Covenant Children: Healing the World’s Growing Pains

In a world brimming with trials and tribulations, a dire scarcity is plaguing humanity—the scarcity of covenant children fulfilling their divine duty posts. These individuals, akin to Joseph and Daniel of old, hold the key to offering solutions and healings to the world’s afflictions.

Consider Joseph, a beacon of resilience and unwavering faith in the face of adversity. Positioned by divine orchestration, Joseph stood before Pharaoh, representing God’s wisdom and grace. His wisdom in interpreting dreams brought forth solutions that averted a catastrophic famine, offering sustenance and relief to countless lives.

Similarly, Daniel’s unwavering dedication and faithfulness positioned him in the court of Nebuchadnezzar. His allegiance to God and unparalleled wisdom resulted in guiding a king entangled in perplexity, offering insight and divine guidance to the ruler and consequently, to the kingdom.

The scarcity we face today is not merely a lack of physical resources but a dearth of individuals embodying God’s wisdom and compassion in critical positions. These covenant children, when steadfastly placed in strategic roles, become channels of God’s healing and transformative power to a hurting world.

The urgency of this divine mandate echoes the words of Jesus, who implored us to pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest. In Matthew 9:38, He urges us to beseech God to send forth laborers into His harvest. These laborers are the covenant children divinely appointed to bring about healing, restoration, and transformative change in the world.

The power and impact of covenant children operating in their designated roles are immeasurable. They serve as vessels through which God’s healing touch reaches the broken, the lost, and the suffering. Their wisdom, compassion, and divine insight pave the way for innovative solutions and profound healing in societies grappling with various challenges.

This divine calling isn’t limited to ancient tales but extends to the present. Today, we need individuals who, like Joseph and Daniel, are unwavering in their faith, steadfast in their commitment to God, and poised to offer divine solutions in a world hungering for restoration.

Dear reader, consider the immense potential within you. You are a covenant child, endowed with unique gifts and called to your specific duty post. It is by understanding and embracing this divine calling that you become a catalyst for transformation in your sphere of influence.

Let us fervently pray for the emergence of covenant children ready to take up their positions as agents of healing, grace, and solutions. May they stand firm as beacons of hope, ushering in an era of divine healing and restoration, fulfilling God’s purposes on earth.

The time is now. Arise, covenant child, and step into your destined role—to offer solutions, bring healing, and impact the world for God’s glory.

  • Embracing the Noble Calling: Finding Purpose in Every Occupation

Embracing the Noble Calling: Finding Purpose in Every Occupation

Embracing the Noble Calling: Finding Purpose in Every Occupation

In a world filled with diverse occupations and pursuits, the significance of each job often gets overshadowed by societal perceptions of hierarchy and prestige. But what if every occupation, regardless of its nature, was viewed as a noble calling? What if, beyond the mundane routines, we found a deeper purpose that transcends mere labor and elevates our work to a realm of service and contribution?

Colossians 3:23 sheds a profound light on the essence of work, imparting wisdom that echoes through the ages: “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.” This scripture underscores a universal truth—that the intrinsic value of our work isn’t solely based on its apparent significance in the eyes of society, but rather on the spirit with which it is carried out.

Each occupation, when approached with dedication and a heart aligned with service, becomes a channel through which we contribute to the betterment of humanity. From the farmer tilling the soil to the scientist unraveling the mysteries of the universe, every endeavor plays a part in making the world a better place.

Consider the caretaker who tends to the sick, the teacher nurturing young minds, or the engineer innovating solutions for societal challenges. They all carry a noble responsibility—a responsibility to serve humanity, to make a difference, and to bring a touch of heaven to this world through their work.

The notion that every occupation can be a means to reach out to humanity and contribute positively isn’t just a philosophical idea; it’s a transformative way of approaching our daily lives. When we embrace our work as a service to others, it transcends mere employment. It becomes a calling—a calling to uplift, support, and contribute to the greater good.

This concept echoes the sentiment shared in various scriptures across religious texts. In the Christian faith, for instance, the Bible emphasizes the idea of working diligently not just for human recognition but as a service to God. Colossians 3:17 reinforces this notion: “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.”

This scripture challenges us to infuse our actions and work with gratitude and a higher purpose. It encourages us to recognize that every action, every occupation, can be sanctified by doing it in service to a higher calling.

Imagine a world where every occupation, from the most visible to the seemingly insignificant, is honored and respected for its contribution to the collective good. Whether you’re a janitor, a CEO, a doctor, or a street sweeper, your work matters. It matters not just for the sustenance it provides but for the positive impact it has on the lives of others.

Ultimately, it’s the intention, the heart, and the dedication we put into our work that transform it into something greater—a means to make the world a heaven, one occupation at a time. Let’s remember the timeless wisdom in Colossians 3:23, and may we find fulfillment in our occupations by dedicating our work to the service of humanity, aspiring to make our world a better place through every action and deed.

  • YOU ARE MIGHTY

Listen to Human Voice Reading Here:

    Listen to text-to-word voice reading

God did not tell Gideon, you are going to be mighty, the scripture is plain, instead, he said: You are a mighty man of valour. You are created mighty, born with the gene of greatness. You are a special being constructed to do wonderful and marvellous things in righteousness. You are not going to become, you are!

The breath of God in Adam flows into every mortal man; this breath, the very life of God in man is the seed of greatness which we can exhibit anytime we chose to.

16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.
17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
    2 Cor 3:16,17,18

Any time we turn to believe God’s greatness to be ever flowing in us; the limits would automatically be broken.
The bulldozer by design is already a powerful tool in itself; its use only helps to reveal the inherent power in it. Every man aside from sin is created great by design from Adam to the last man. Our default setting as a human is greatness, abuse is what degenerate us into a powerless state.
The power in man is limitless; the minutest use of his power has created so many wonders in government, politics, health, science and technology. The breakthrough in the different fields of life is helping to showcase what is possible.

God is saying: I am with you, mighty man. This transposed that nothing ought to stop you. No limitation should be strong enough to stop you from achieving the purpose of God for your life. No force from the pit of hell should stop you from expressing the beauty, glory and abundance of God. No limitation.

The might of God should put off the limits and help you chart a glorious course. By his power that works mightily in you, you would find a way of shattering the vices in your life, bad habits and addictions.

Whatever is born of God overcomes the world; you have been made more than a conqueror already.

If God demands you do a thing, he has gone ahead to remove the limits. Your education cannot limit God, your family pedigree cannot stop him, witches and wizards become nothing, and your environment cannot impede. His power in you is enough to knock off the limits if only you believe and step in.

If you are inspired, you will do great things.

  • PURPOSE AND PHASES OF MANIFESTATION

Listen to Human Voice Reading Here:

    Listen to text-to-word voice reading

Many people go through life without ever changing, upgrading, or improving themselves. The analogy of books implies that, just as books can be updated, people should also be updated and become better versions of themselves. Unfortunately, some people remain stagnant and never change jobs or get promotions because they fail to upgrade who they are and what they do.

Similarly, some businesses never grow beyond what they used to be some time ago. The same principle applies to other areas of life.

This suggests that God wants us to improve and scale up, and nobody is expected to remain the same way they began life.

Ministers of God are often the main culprits in not believing in the evolution or expansion of their calling. They live all their lives as ordinary beings even when God is trying to add to their assignment and increase the workload of their job description in the Kingdom. This can lead to missed opportunities to give birth to new dreams and ultimately a life of mediocrity.

    Moses

He started as a shepherd but was upgraded by God to become the deliverer of Israel from Pharaoh and Egypt, a prophet, and the anointer of Aaron and his children into the office of perpetual priesthood. This illustrates that God expects his chosen ones to become versatile in discharging their responsibility to their generation.

    Amos

He was a cattle rearer before God called him to give prophetic messages to Israel and his generation. Amos then metamorphosed and moved upward to represent God to his generation.

    David

He started as a shepherd, then became a musician in the palace, led a band in the desert as a warrior and a general, and finally became the King of Judah and then over the entire Israel as a nation. In the course of his duties as King, he attained another dimension of himself – a prophet.

    Conclusion

Many people retain just one version of themselves throughout their lifetime and never discover their full potential. However, everyone has other versions of themselves calling for expression. If people open their hearts to God, He will anoint them to serve a greater purpose.

  • THE ROLES OF CHRISTIANS IN GOVERNANCE – Part 4

THE ROLES OF CHRISTIANS IN GOVERNANCE – Part 4

    Listen to Natural Voice

This will be the last lap (for now)… We will keep talking about governance and how we affect it.

Why I’m hammering on this topic is due to our passive roles as individuals.

We play the victim role and we expect to have the best of life’s experiences.

When you beg for space you have subjected yourself to the lesser life of ignominy.

    Take your space.

*Jesus said: Occupy till I come*

In other word: Take charge, expand and possess.

It also means hold forth… Impact!

    Luke 19:12-13 KJV

He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.

[13] And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.

Whatever God has given or bequeathed to you is your own ten pounds to be expended to take space of impact.

Note: I am not saying that everyone should go and become a politician.

Impact in government is more than being a politician.

Remember that we are all like the drops of water that makes the ocean, part of the whole that makes a government.

How you do things in your little corner affects the government one way or the other.

The sin of the servant with one talent is the same sin of many of us.

The man with one talent felt his one talent was insignificant compared with the person with 10.

    He buried his talent.

Isn’t it the same way many of us buried our talents?

We felt our constructive offer is too small or insignificant.

May the Lord not cast us away from him for failure to use that little gift.

The victim mentality and the inferiority complexity is the reason many will go to hell fire.

*Every great fire starts with a spark*

Every great movement starts with a man in the center.

    Do you know:

Everyone who shows weakness is trailed downward.

Every wounded animal is trailed until it’s devoured.

This is how our world is fashioned…

In certain animal documentary. An animal was wounded in a fight and it was weak…

Suddenly, the hyena and the vulture began to follow it.

They began to devour it before it finally died.

If there’s anything to take home today, here it is: Show forth strength, mount up wings as the eagle.

Market your strength, stop advertising your weakness.

If you market your strength well enough, it will pay off well for your weaknesses.

*Biblical Characters & How They Ascend To Impact Their Generation*

Joseph was a regular person with no special gift that could land him at the palace.

He was a mere dream interpreter.

It was his faithful use of this gift that took him to the palace.

What if he refused to interprete the dreams of fellow prisoners?

Many of us are waiting for the big occasion.

Many of us aren’t ready to serve in the little corner and we want to shine at the corridor of power.

Your impacting role in government could to meticulously raise your children.

That child could be the future president. Pour yourself into him and make him the best.

Don’t raise your children like every other child.

Future kings are not raised like the rest citizens.

Jesse, the father of David wasn’t the king. But he is a superstar when it comes to raising prince-like children.

At least four of his children were in the army. One finally emerged as king – King David.

*Our most important role in impacting on governance is through proper parenting*

Joseph and David are good examples here.

If we can raise great children, then hope isn’t lose in reinventing great government.

Great nations invest more into the life of the children.

Third world nations invest in the now through greed.

Most important way to influence or impact the path of governance and leadership are:

Doing our best where we are… This will then take us to the next phase.

    a. Joseph serving fellow prisoners took him to the palace.

    b. David killing Goliath brought him to the limelight.

The second is: Raising great generation of children to go ahead of us…

    Psalm 127:3-5 KJV

Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord : and the fruit of the womb is his reward.

[4] As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.

[5] Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.

Raising great children is a constructive way of pulling down the kingdom of Satan and by extension the evil kingdom of men

Recently, I read a book by Ibn Makhtoum, the ruler of Dubai.

In his book he said: They were consciously raised at home to become great rulers that look after their subjects…

This mentoring he said was apart from the learning in 4-walls of education in conventional schools.

Impacting government arena can be achieved by anybody.

If you cannot get there, raise children, wards, students or people in your reach.

Those you raise will become your mouth and hands in government.

I’ll talk about Daniel. Daniel was a prince who was a slave.

Even in captivity, he remembered the principle of God handed down to him by his father and his ancestors.

Daniel in an unlikely environment rose to become president in Babylon and Medo-Persian empire.

This story of Daniel was similar to that of Mordecai.

If you would build yourself and the people in your circle after the word of God and you’ll act with the truth in you light will shine upon you.

For the whole earth wait for the manifestation of the sons of God

    Romans 8:19 KJV

For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

You are the change the world is waiting for.

    My prayer:

    1. May the Lord make us his arrowhead of intervention in Jesus name.

    2. May our children rule in the midst of their enemies in Jesus name.

  • THE ROLES OF CHRISTIANS IN GOVERNANCE – Part 3

    Listen to Natural Voice

Good afternoon/evening depending on your time zone. I hope you’ve a great day sir/ma.

    This is another beautiful day.

We hope we will position ourselves as instruments of impact and glory in Jesus name.

Today, we want to open our eyes to certain hidden truth as it is plainly written in the Bible.

Man finds it easy to blame others when things go awry… Husband will shift the fault of lack on his wife even when he sleeps all day at home without work.

Wives too will blame there husband even they are add nothing back home than being a baby machine.

This same attitude we take into government.

Citizens blame the leader, and the leaders in turn blame the citizens.

The simple truth is, we are all part of the failure.

*When you want your society or nation to get better you’ve a role to play; especially when you’re a covenant child.*

Let us see the Bible and see things for ourselves:

Often, it’s the sinfulness of the people that brings pain and right doing that brings good.

So when you see a nation in war, it’s deeper than blaming just the leaders. When you see a corrupt nation, it’s not just the president and politicians that are corrupt.

    Check well.

It’s easy to blame the leader but we need to know that often the leader is a reflection of the state of the health of the nation.

This means when a society is in a deep hole, each of us has to look at how much we contribute to the mess.

Remember, the whole is made up of the units.

Government is not a few individuals, we are part of the government.

This inherently means that you have a part to play.

This is why national revival will often and likely begin with a man/woman.

Somebody will stand and start the pattern of right, righteousness and prayer.

    Will you be the person?

    2 Chronicles 7:13-15 KJV

    If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people;

[14] If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

[15] Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.

We can learn so much here:

    1. Many havoc aren’t the work of the devil – God drives some due to our ways.

    2. Our ways open up doors to calamity.

    3. No matter the pain caused by sin, prayer and repentance can heal it.

    4. Stopping wickedness is a channel to blessings.

So we need to know that national punishment is as a result of collective wickedness.

We all need to search ourselves: which area am I contributing to the collective wickedness (sin)?

Here are some sins we need to watch:

    1. Do I struggle with other people’s progress?

    2. Am I selfish and drive for only personal gain alone?

    3. Do I embezzle and misappropriate public resources?

    4. Am I immoral and full of unclean behaviour?

    5. Am I a murderer or rejoices in killings?

    6. Do I cheat others from their wages?

    7. Do I enslave or take others hostage?

    8. Preaching for pecuniary gains

    9. What other sin can you imagine?

*Righteousness exalts a nation but sin is a reproach*

    Proverbs 14:34 KJV

Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.

So when next we are blaming the politicians, leaders in government and our bosses; let’s ask ourselves how much we contribute to the mess in our world.

This is not an indictment, it will only help you to get better.

While writing this, I’ve to keep asking myself: How much do I contribute to the decay around.

He that thinks he stands should take heed lest he fall.

What unique role do Christian occupy now?

    1. We should be the bridge to take the people from where they are to where they ought to be.

    2. The Christian ought to be the example.

    3. When things are bad in our nation, it’s time to ask for repentance and turning around. We need to be the vanguard of repentance instead of just passing the blame ball.

*When a nation turns back to God, the Lord knows how to judge the leaders and replace them with godly people. Change begins with each of us*

Above all, when government is nosediving into an abyss, let us represent righteousness. Being righteous turns the tide upward.

The evil of not turning back… Starting with each of us is that healing and the abundant life may be delayed.

Let repentance starts with you and let righteousness fill the entire earth. Amen.

On a final note, we determine the kind of leaders we have.

For nations plunging downward, the Spiritual leaders should point to the appropriate thing to be done instead of playing politics and joining the bandwagon of blaming the evil leader who’s a scourge for sinfulness.

The evil leader cannot do better than to be evil… But when we change God knows how to deal with such and get planted his own.

Our spiritual position determines whether we win or lose:

The human agents and demonic power bows when we are tuned back to God; and God knows how to keep us safe starting with you when you’ve repented and become one with God.

May the Lord bless his words in our hearts in Jesus name.

  • THE ROLES OF CHRISTIANS IN GOVERNANCE – part 2

I’m grateful to the Lord for his joy in my heart. Without the joy of the Lord, no one would be committed to God’s assignment.

Like Paul would say: Through the Lord’s comfort we comfort others.

He takes care of our needs in marvelous way so we can stand for him.

    *Introduction

I have a discussion with a brother. The outcome becomes the icebreaker of this topic. He was attending a very large church.

In one of the church monthly programs a woman stood and asked a bold question:

We have been praying monthly for God’s choice of good and godly leaders for the nation since I was a young girl. Now I’m married and raising children, yet leadership in this country is getting worse by the day.

Does it mean God is not answering players?

This is similar experience from nation to nation.

On earth, God needed man just as man needed God to execute plans and purposes on earth.

    *My response:

Prayer (faith) without work is dead on arrival.

‘Spirituality’ without earthly relevance leads to slavery and loss of dominion/territory…

God wants his people in dominion and in place of headship.

All we need is appropriation of his promises and taking our place to salvage the world, nations and cities.

    Isaiah 58:12 KJV

And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

Looking at this scripture, we will discover that man is shouldered with the responsibility to build and repair.

What prayer does is it energizes and make us competent and worthy to do the Lord’s work.

*We pray and fail to act, then blame God for the woes in the societies.

We need to know that the children of darkness cannot deliver light. By their fruits we shall know them. So the responsibility of light lies with children of light.

Think of it, the devil energizes his own and they boldly take over and dictate how the show runs.

They promote homosexualism, abortion, Covid-19 fears, terrorism and the like boldly.

Pray till tomorrow and next and next, orange tree will not yield apple.

This is Christ’s illustration not mine.

So why our prayers have not been answered is because they are done wrongly…

So the reason why the Bible asks us to ARISE and shine…

    What do we need?

Faith and confidence to arise and shine.

To change the darkness on our land, it will take the light of God’s children to permeate the darkness around.

If Satan’s kids are not afraid why should the children of God.

A little intimidation we run hiding… We don’t want to die.

Christ said if you save your life you’ll lose it, but if you lose it to the kingdom you’ll save it.

What use is being a slave a lifetime and also subjecting next generation.

Long life without impact is emptiness.

Generational slavery is bequeathed to those who cannot stand for what is right.

Israel has a culture, they don’t endure slavery timidly. At the worst state of prostration, they look forward to the saviour… The Messiah.

If you run a church, ministry or Christian organization, deliberately raise giant killers… The David’s.

I remembered how Obama and Cameron both campaign for gays you’ll know that they are meeting the demands of their sponsors

Raising leaders who unseat demonically inspired leaders by the Christian community should be intentional.

Satan’s team don’t leave things to chances. Why would Christian?

    *In a nutshell:

    1. Let Christians begin to sponsor credible leaders.

    2. Let Christians make themselves available to lead.

    3. Let Christians vote for the right candidacy and policies.

Some years ago, I have a Christian brother. He talked badly about poor leadership in their labour union. I told him that is reason for him to rise.

He answered by telling me the evil power and Voodoos these ones control.

Then I began to ask… Is Christ powerless?

We all have roles to play.

Christ is not powerless… We are the one who lacked the faith to act.

Very true, they lacked power of effective prayer…

When Elijah prayed he confronted Ahab.

When David was anointed he confronted Goliath…

Christians should pray and then receive the direction to act…

So God will do only what he would do.

Then through prayer, we would do what God assigned us do.

Last week we talked about our place for prayer…

This week we deal with our role for ACTION…

Next week by God’s grace we shall look at scriptural examples.

    What’s your role in this?

    1. We want men who pray for different offices… To curtail excesses of demonically inspired leaders and to pray for emergence of godly leaders.

    2. Individuals should also rise to act as God’s representatives in nations just like Joseph, Elisha, David, Joshua, etc.

Thank you brethren for joining me… It’s time we raise a world team to change our world.

God bless us all in Jesus name.

There’s an unfortunate attitudes of believers this days.

The believers gather around and blame the government and political leaders for their woes and troubles.

According to spiritual knowledge, it is supposed to be the other way round.

The Bible didn’t call the political leaders the SALT of the earth. Instead it refers to Christians as the salt.

    Matthew 5:16 KJV
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

From scriptural lessons we could read in several parts of the bible how earthly kings go to prophets and priests for direction.

In the time of moral crisis, poverty, dearth and death the earthly leaders reach their tether ends. Then do the believer rises because they are the custodians of the light.

For the light shines in darkness but the darkness could not comprehend it

No matter how dark the season of life is, and even in government the believer has the light of God within – if he knows.

We can see many interventions of the following in government:

Elijah with Ahab and the rain.

Elisha during the siege of Samaria

    Hezekiah and Isaiah

    Jeremiah and King Zedekiah.

Christians are not called up as mere onlookers. They are called into responsive duty to their world.

It’s time Christian leadership stop the nonchalant attitude to leadership and governance.

Foremost, Christians are called to pray for leaders of the world:

    1 Timothy 2:1-3 KJV

    I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
[2] For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
    [3] For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

Christians from the above discussion are not called into the ministry of murmuring , instead we are called into the ministry of intercession for our nations.

Whatever isn’t working in your government is a call to prayer.

    *Do you know why?*

    1. Many of the earthly leaders have fraternal relationship with demons. With prayers we deactivate their dominion over the believers.

    2. Many times, the leaders lack spiritual power to execute good plans and agenda.

Agenda don’t just execute itself. It requires sustained will. The power to sustain it comes from the spiritual

    3. Nothing great or extraordinary is achieved through the earthly wisdom or understanding.

Christians need to superimpose the supernatural on the earthly leaders.

Christ taught us in his prayer: Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Let the believer know that earthly leader cannot do any good thing without the help of God.

No matter the agendas of our leaders or their supposed manifestos, they need prayers and supplication for execution.

Like the prophets of old, be a spiritual leader in the background. Pray and if need be, let the leaders in government and politics begin to consult you for helps and guidance.

Finally, when the salt lose its saltiness, it is cast away. If we cannot salt the government arena and the political terrain we would have to accept whatever comes our ways from their end.

Enough of murmuring and complaints. It’s time to pray…

    *Let us pray:*

Lord, we pray on behalf of our nations, raise men who pray and supplicate. Because you said if your people who are called by your name would rise and pray you’ll hear them.

Dear Lord, we stand in the gap for our nations. Heal the land and take over the sovereignty of our land.

Let not the heathen rage anymore. Silent them Father.

In Jesus name have we prayed.

  • HARMONY WITH NATURE 2

Listen to Human Voice Reading Here:

    Listen to text-to-word voice reading

Nature can be described as the house of man. Whoever destroys his home will live in the cold.

Everything in nature which consists of the elements and the spiritual forces within it were given as signs to direct our sojourns here on earth.

Jesus told Paul while on the way to Damascus… You cannot keep hitting your legs against thorns and have a nice time.

In other words, you cannot continue to act unjustly and expect a safe landing.

The system of our world serves as indicators to point to the facts whether we are doing it right or wrong.

If we fail to learn from nature we will remain as dwarfs in life. But if we heed the signs around us, we will always rise again no matter the depth we have fallen.

It may not be at all times, but at critical moments God will continue to speak to us through nature.

He speaks to us more through nature than through some fuzzy means.

Even Paul in certain places in scriptures told us… Don’t nature teach us.

Nature is our teacher and guide if we will allow it.

Over spirituality is the debacle of many… The entire Bible is laid with nature as its illustrators.

This is why our Lord Jesus will not complete a teaching without a parable (nature) to support his thoughts, proposition or command.

Back to Mr Paul on the way to Damascus

He got blind and fell to the ground. He learnt this to be of the Lord. He met Ananias and his sights were restored.

From that day, he became a new man. Paul never went back to his sinful path…

His life remained on the progressive all his days.

Many of us couldn’t read meaning from the experiences around us. We just take every circumstances as being casual and irrelevant.

Then we placed ourselves in perpetual pains, demotion or stagnation…

Sometimes we know where things go wrong but we choose to be chained.

*The Bible says we should not be like the mule without understanding*

_The more I grow spiritually the more I come to realize that there’s never an accident; there’s always a cause to every effect. And everything runs under the master designer – God._

Contrary to Paul’s experience, there’s a prophet in the Old Testament who orchestrated his destruction because he couldn’t take cue from nature.

    *He is Senior Prophet Balaam*

King Balak of Moab wanted Israel to go under a curse.

He sent for Balaam a renown prophet of international repute of those days.

Balaam knowing that his assignment was of National status from a king was eager to go.

His donkey of many years suddenly became wild and brutal.

Balaam couldn’t read the sign. He forced himself on it and the journey began but instead of the donkey going forward, it went sideways in spite of the brutal beatings.

God pitied the animal and it spoke like man and instantly prophet Balaam’s eyes were opened and he saw an angel ready to kill him

Balaam’s permissive will was granted and he continued on the journey.

That was the journey that led him to untimely death and got his prophetic ministry smeared for life.

    2 Peter 2:15 KJV
    Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

    Jude 1:11 KJV
Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

There are signs around us whether we are starting a new relationship, starting a new job, running a kind of ministry, befriending a person, etc.

Don’t ignore those natural signs, take them to Jesus.

I’m not saying that you run around signs and get everyone labeled as witch or wizard.

Those unique signs or indicators come by themselves and are revealed only that you’ve to be discerning and spiritual to perceive it.

Even big prophet Balaam couldn’t because he lacked discerning capacity.

Nature guides and leads us… Because they are controlled ultimately by God.

God is not against understanding nature what he’s against is having Christian live for the fleshly demands.

Balaam was so “spiritual” in quote but pursuit of physical goods dampened his spirit until he was destroyed.

    *Practical*

Many times some problems that we have never known will start immediately we begin to work in certain occupation, earn certain income, live in a certain locality, etc.

Let’s find where things go wrong

Sometimes we may not have been into any kind of sin. Maybe God just want to get our attention like Moses on Mount Sinai at the Burning Bush and Peter with lack of and plenty of fish.

Nature had to act against Joseph in terms of his brethren to get him into Egypt as a slave, thereby paving his way to the palace.

If every child of God will take cognizance of nature we will realize that all things work together for our good.

As Christians let’s harmonize with nature.

Nature is not our enemy, sin is the problem.

Always remember this: Nature is given as our friend to benefit from…

Our beloved God will not give us a house (nature) that will hurt us…

And when nature is contrary as it was in the story of Jonah on the stormy sea, let’s find out.

For God will continue to speak through nature if only we will listen.

On final note, I will point out certain significant areas to watch:

    1. Borrowing… The Bible says the borrower is servant to the lender.

In our real world how true is this. Borrowing takes away rest.

    2. Sowing and reaping…

Nature shows us that seed time precedes harvest.

Hyper grace teaches that you can reap without work. This is why we have more poor people among the supposed church people.

Spirituality and hard work goes together.

What grace does is that it makes result easy to obtain and multiply return on investment or input

    3. You cannot eat junks and expect anointing for good health to abound. I doubt it… Long life goes with good food

    4. You cannot think stinking thought and live in perpetual anxiety and expect a strong heart… Nature taught us that a healthy thought leads a healthy body

    5. Academics performance is dependent on students settled state to read. What’s not read with depth cannot be remembered in an examination hall.

The brain is given to be loaded with information, it’s not for mere decoration.

    6. You cannot pick a tout as a husband and expect that he will not make you his punching bag… As you lay your bed you lie in it.

    7. In nature, there’s no free thing ultimately. Salvation cost Jesus something and it cost you trading off an old lifestyle and a turn around by his grace

Everything has a cost, value and price. Be ready to labour to obtain.

    8. Nature shows us that everything we see aren’t accidental… The car, houses, mountains and the universe.

Nature let us know there’s a Sovereign Being, he is God Almighty.

We can learn so many things from nature if only we will be in Harmony with it…

Man cannot advance here on earth without understanding nature… His place of abode.

Thank you for following, next week we will start a new series by the grace of God.
