THE SECRET OF RISING ABOVE THE CHALLENGES OF LIFE 2

THE SECRET OF RISING ABOVE THE CHALLENGES OF LIFE 2

I’ll want to build on last discussion of last week… Possibly a short addition.

I will want us to bear in mind the following propositions:

1. When you continue without giving up you keep learning and growing in that thing.

2. A time will come when all you’ve learned or experience will fall in place and then it will have meaning. That’s when the reward comes.

3. When you fail to find meaning to your pain, failure or challenges then you’ll not be ready for the grand design beyond.

4. In every pain, introspect, meditate and find useful consequences of it. When it fails to sublime, pray, pray and pray.

5. When you know the WHY the solution will find entry seamlessly.

_Ojo ti were ba mo pe were loun ni iwosan yoo de baa_

Meaning: The day a mad man knows he’s truly mad begins his journey to wholeness

6. As a child of God. Pain is no longer a curse but a message.

What’s the message your pain is passing to you?

Is it teaching you:

Patience
Hard work
Calmness
Confidence
Focus

Etc.

Some of us have financial challenges because for a very long time, we do not learn to FOCUS on one thing.

Some crash their marriage because they cannot tolerate others.

Psalm 119:67 KJV
Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.

7. Let me dwell on finances a little here:

When your finances are bad, it’s not the time to start begging and casting blames (surely you’ll need help from people).

More importantly, the pain is a feedback on a lifestyle. A lifestyle that must be changed.

Example from my life: Recently I see my finances crashing the way I was going… Doing the same old things.

Then with the pains of mounting bills I began to work on other streams of income. I’m still working on this.

The function of feedback.

Due to this I have been forced to learn more in the last 2 years than years past.

8. Never take failures personally. It’s a season of your life.

Everyman born of a woman will experience pains at different times and from different experiences.

NEVER THINK YOU ARE THE WORST

9. Don’t compare your pains with other people’s pains. Each man with his.

This means that you’re never inferior to anyone.

You’re not in competition with anyone elses. You’re YOU.

10. Carry yourself with grace knowing that the season will definitely change if you hang in longer.

Proverbs 24:10 KJV
If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.

Adversity is a passage to refine you into a greater and better YOU.

In years to come when you look back you’ll thank the Lord for all you’ve been through… If you hold on longer

In my own case, my story made me who I am today.

_Oo je iya oni ogbon, tani Tisa re?_?

Meaning: You cannot be wise and fully developed without adversity.

PRAYER: LORD, GIVE ME THE GRACE TO BEAR MY CROSS WITH GRACE AND FULLY APPROPRIATE MY PAINS FOR A BETTER ME. THANK YOU LORD.
