THE SECRET OF RISING ABOVE THE CHALLENGES OF LIFE
Man born of a woman will face many challenges. The challenges we face make us or break us. The choice is yours.
Today, we will look at the secret of those who make records of success in spite of debilitating troubles that assail them.
Why do some crumble while others keep going? Why do some rise above the heaps of rubles of stones thrown at them?
It’s simply by understanding this secret of life.
Nobody is lucky to escape all conceived challenges of our world.
Even our Lord Jesus expressly told us: In the world, we shall have trouble but we should be of good cheer because he has overcome the world.
By empirical studies, it has been discovered that all men fail. But something separates the achievers.
Edison fail for more than 1000 times before he could discover the incandescent light. Why would he not give up after the hundredth failure? This is a question for us to look into today.
Napoleon Hill the man who wrote the evergreen: Think and Grow Rich spent 20 years studying why the rich become rich. What kept him going in spite of lack and poverty around him until that singular project changed his story.
Michael Jordan said in one of his interview: he lost far more shot than those he nested into the basket ball nest.
Why would a Nelson Mandela keep hope alive in spite of grueling 27 years on prison?
What kept the great scientist, inventors and philosophers going in the midst of seemingly uncertainties?
Everyone who win in life understand one secret.
What’s this secret:
When you keep at anything, it will finally yield to you.
Jesus puts it this way:
Matthew 7:7-8 KJV
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: [8] For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
The above is unceasing, non-giving up and non-taking NO for an answer attitude.
But no one can endure hardship for long without a second side.
This we will see in the book of Hebrews:
Hebrews 12:2 KJV
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Who for the joy set before him endure.
We give up when we lose sight of the goal, the benefits and glory at the end of our travail.
We give up when we think our dreams are no longer attainable.
This is the secret summed up:

KNOWING THAT LABOUR WHEN YOU’RE UNCEASING WILL DELIVER.
