LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE Part 2

Please glance through last week topic… It’s the foundation to the ongoing topic…

Summarized in this quotation:

“Life without God is like an unsharpened pencil – it has no point.” Billy Graham

*YOUR BEST LIFE… Part 2

Proverbs 24:13 KJV
My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste:

Last week we looked at the importance of making God the pivot of everything and all our aspirations.

*Today we will strike a balance.*

Many people have not really lived the experience of Paradise here on earth.

They lived in misery till old age.

Then suddenly they find out they’ve not really lived.

Find your best life, live it. Nobody will help you discover it and nobody will help you make it up.

Yesterday, my wife was playing a tape. I got to the sitting room and I decided to dance until I was sweating. Then she joined me…

Somebody will say: Hmm, you don’t have any problem, that’s why you’re dancing.

*Living your best life is deliberate*

Do you know that somebody else will want to see his wife sorrowful… Then he also will remain sorrowful.

Life is about choices we make from time to time.

In another instance, my son did a very annoying thing.

I beat the hell out of him. Later I calmed down and found the positive aspect of what he did. I called him to me and I gave him advice.

We turned ugly situation into life lesson.

*You begin to live your best life when you make up your mind to turn everything around for your advantage.*

_Don’t set yourself against you by reliving bitter experiences of the past._

Turn everything around to you positively… No matter how ugly

The Bible says: All things work together for our good…

Romans 8:28 KJV

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Until you learn to turn things around thus, you’re not really living because you’ll have adversarial situation that would pummel you once in a while.

Somebody will offend you, curse you, hate you, cheat on you, steal from you, etc.

*Yet you’re called to your best life*

Hallelujah.

If you make this choice rightly to live your best life, you’ll find out that there’s always light at the end of the tunnel.

Everyday, you have the opportunity to live the limitless life or choose on the other hand to cave in due to pressure of life.

Who don’t have challenges?

Even God had one in Satan… In spite this God is living his best.

I remember that at creation the earth was formless… Yet God didn’t backed out… He turned things around.

You too can turn things to your advantage.

You can give excuse all your life or make your challenges foundation to your higher life experience

I have come to realize this: God didn’t make life cheap for anyone. Not even for Jesus. We are equally loaded with diverse challenges.

*Those who handled theirs gracefully are those we thought to be without problem.*

Even the archbishop, prophet, great men out there all weathered their trouble to emerge at the top.

Your best life starts NOW if you choose to…

*The last lap to today’s discission talks about… Making the best of the life for now.*

This segment may not apply to everyone.

Some believe in an imaginary future of bliss… They save their best clothe, money, joy, etc for the experience of later year.

Do you know that some people’s best clothe not worn ended up as their burial clothe?

When those who want to bury them get to their box. They save themselves the money and used what’s held for the future.

Today, eat good food. I’m not saying be wasteful please.

Wear the best of your clothes now.

Smile, laugh, jump and possibly travel on adventure.

Do not be anxious of tomorrow. For tomorrow will take care of itself.

I’m also not saying be extravagant and live beyond your means.

My Mom of blessed memory taught us to look the best even at whatever level of life we found ourselves.

We may not have much… She’ll buy meat with bones. At least we have taste of meat.?

Sometimes she comes home with beautiful clothes that neighbours come to ask where she got them.. They were second hand but of best grade.

She didn’t alloy us to know we were not rich…

That’s the mindset we grew with.

*NEVER SHOW SIGN OF DESTITUTION… MAKE THE BEST OF WHAT YOU HAVE AND THE LORD WILL FILL IT UP.*

JESUS WITH THANKSGIVING MULTIPLIED 5 LOAVES OF BREAD…

If you are going to impact the world and be a great leader, you have to put on your best life… This is not a call to a pretentious life.

The saviours don’t chicken in.

God bless you all.

*WATCH OUT FOR THE CONCLUDING PART NEXT WEEK BY GOD’S GRACE*
