    HARMONY WITH NATURE

Why this topic is of importance is due to many hurtful decisions many Christians especially leaders take in the name of being spiritual.

Recently somebody challenged me about the use of words, “strategy”. To such people it sounds human wisdom.

Then I reply the person thus: God gives us brain so that we may let him rest.

    *Illustration with the ant*

The book of proverb talking about hard work and gathering of harvests talked about the ant.

He said: Go to the ant oh ye sluggard and learn…

In other words he is saying learn from nature

    *Jesus teaching about his coming*

He said, it’s like a thief coming in the night.

His coming shall have a characteristics like seasons do, he then proceeded to give the signs.

    *Jesus teachings through parable*

Jesus taught many spiritual truth using earthly things… Mustard seeds, servants, grain, sheep, treasure field, etc.

In essence, you cannot understand spiritual truth without firstly understanding natural things.

You cannot understand our Father who art in heaven if you cannot understand the role of our father who’s on earth.

Jesus said: If you men know how to give good gifts to your children, *how much more* our Father who is in heaven.

Spiritual leaders who would really affect earthly man will not dissociate men from their natural habitat else he will lead them to confusion.

Instead he should help them to harmonize their earthly experience as a forerunner of the heavenly experience which is to come.

    Here are examples:

    1. When we preach about supplies, we rarely underscore the place of hard work.

These days we overly hype grace as if grace is a remote control for supplies without labour

Jesus says: I work even as my Father works.

Paul says: these hands of mine provides for my needs.

This leads to the next point.

    2. Pastor and full-time calling. Reading through my Bible I have not seen where the Bible expressly taught that preachers should not work.

Jesus knew where to meet his disciples after resurrection… They were known fishermen.

    Paul was a tentmaker.

Inasmuch as it’s good to live a dedicated life, we must work when the ministry is in the growing phase.

God would rather have us work than become a beggar in his work; and with hunger comes all kinds of manipulations.

Let me make you laugh a little. Some twenty five years ago while in the university my food and money has finished. I had nothing left.

That particular morning as I entered the bathroom to have my bath I saw a wristwatch and I picked it.

As a Christian I cannot steal it, that I know.

Then I saw the owner. Naturally, I would just hand over and turn away. But because of acute lack at that time, I demanded compensation. He gave me. Any time I remember I shake my head… What one can do when hungry

When we are hungry we do certain thing as preachers we should not.

So if we don’t expressly hear God, let’s fill our extra hours out of pulpit with work.

*We are all in full-time ministry when all our lives is being lived for the expansion of the kingdom and his glory*

There’s no part time when we serve God. The early missionaries come along with skills… Doctors, nurses, teachers, etc.

God doesn’t subject his pastors to perpetual hunger in the name of ministry.

    *3. Investment*

Many churches rarely teach their members the concept of investment. All we are about is kingdom investment (in church).

Jesus taught on talents and investments beyond heavenly deposits.

    Let’s harmonize this area.

No matter who teach a thing, it’s not right if it’s not bringing result.

Africa in spite of the teachings on prosperity is growing poorer as a nation because the teachings on prosperity is devoid of investment senses.

Let christian leaders teach on investment. Yes, some seed sowing may be delay, yet we will ultimately come up with more prosperous members and church… But with delay gratification

When Christians refuse to own investments because they are not taught, there’s nothing left than Christians to be employees of unbelievers.

Some natural laws like investment principles are made to be uphold.

The work of anointing oil, grace and supernatural power is to blessed the work of our hands.

*There must be work to be blessed, the anointing doesn’t work on emptiness*

Natural laws are not expected to be flouted, they are to be respected.

For God created the earth, it’s laws and principles.

So we need to understand how it goes.

    4. Abusive use of the body needs to be watched.

As Christians there’s is safe limits to the use of the body. Abuse of it will lead to death no matter the amount of anointing.

Understand your body, reduce stressors like too much work, much food, too much fasting and sleeplessness.

Although as human body cannot live without the spirit, in the same way the spirit cannot function on earth without the body.

We have cases of men of God who died as a result of excess fasting and denial of self from sleep.

After we die, life would go on, and other will step into the anointing we carelessly abuse.

*5. We should understand there are anointing for the marketplaces of life*

Every anointing doesn’t lead to the pulpit. Many because of overzealousness left their place of anointing to a deserted place in ministry.

For instance, my calling is firstly to the market places whether in the street or on the pulpit.

Joseph, Nehemiah, Daniel are examples of men called to the market places.

Don’t leave your place of strength for a ministry on the pulpit.

No anointing is greater than the other, what’s important is impact.

Nature will direct you to your area of fruitfulness if you’re keen. Watch carefully and occupy till Christ come.

*We all must find our place*

    Judges 9:7-13 KJV
And when they told it to Jotham, he went and stood in the top of mount Gerizim, and lifted up his voice, and cried, and said unto them, Hearken unto me, ye men of Shechem, that God may hearken unto you. [8] The trees went forth on a time to anoint a king over them; and they said unto the olive tree, Reign thou over us. [9] But the olive tree said unto them, Should I leave my fatness, wherewith by me they honour God and man, and go to be promoted over the trees? [10] And the trees said to the fig tree, Come thou, and reign over us. [11] But the fig tree said unto them, Should I forsake my sweetness, and my good fruit, and go to be promoted over the trees? [12] Then said the trees unto the vine, Come thou, and reign over us. [13] And the vine said unto them, Should I leave my wine, which cheereth God and man, and go to be promoted over the trees?

    God bless you all

  • ON POINT LEADERSHIP

Listen to Human Voice Reading Here:

    Listen to text-to-word voice reading

Success principle and models are unchangeable anywhere and anytime.

    *ON POINT LEADERSHIP IMPACT

Lord, this is my prayer: Help me to begin to be very precise in my decisions and walk with you in Jesus name.

Many of us desire to always get it right just the first attempt.

This also is my utmost desire.

What we desire becomes our reality.

In warfare when we miss the target, we too are opened to sufferings and pains.

The children of Israel missed it while journeying from Egypt to the Promise Land.

This cost them lost of lives of the older generation except Joshua and Caleb.

    What’s their secret?

They were opened to hear the mind of God when others were deluded by the pressure of wants and the fear of the enemies.

*Today we will considering the story of Philip and the Ethiopian Eunuch:*

Philip led the Ethiopian eunuch into a higher life of consecration and worship. He brought him to know Christ and his redemption work on humanity.

The Ethiopian Eunuch knew little about the way.

He needed help and was not sure where to get the help.

In leadership delivery, it’s the leader that pays the price.

The followers are often lost, confuse and bereft of how.

The leader must seek the lost followers.

Followers will continue to be followers.

The leader shouldn’t expect the followers to be as mature as himself.

This is why the leader mustn’t be in the habit of complaining or giving excuses.

Jesus was killed by the same people he came to save.

Therefore, we can safely conclude that a leader don’t go down into the mire with the followers. Instead he raises them upward.

May God give each of us the grace.

Are you the sent one? God will never have your excuse why you must turn away from the calling.

Jesus said: He who put his hands to the plough should not turn backward.

    *We keep moving*

The leader helps the follower into making better choices for ultimate good.

We will be looking at critical issues to help you get your life and purpose on sail

    1. Philip didn’t find the job for himself but God – he didn’t start out to impress neither God nor man – Acts 8:26.

What I mean is this: many don’t have their hearts, dedication or passion to a thing.

Religion picks activities in order to look good or impressive.

Many things we call calling or ministry is merely a kind of job.

The only difference is that the job is within a religious circle.

Do we preach or run our purpose for gold or God.

Are we called by gold or God?

Sincerely speaking we will need gold – money here on earth. But for a child of God, money is a residual reward.

Do you know that residual income is one of the best kind of income… Even the people of the world know that.

Let us answer the high calling… This is when we become precise and on point in delivery.

Many of what we call Christian services this days are nothing but bunch of activities that will take us nowhere. Because someone is out there preaching you also picked your things and begin.

Philip has a specific instruction of where to go. Success in life, ministry and leadership will require you to get to the specifics of God.

Not just because you feel like, find out beyond doubt what you are to do.

To be precise and on point is to take actions based on divine instructions.

*Getting to the specific of God is where the reward and speed is*

Looking at this, you can see that we all need help…

When we are precise, all things fall in place and the assignment becomes easier.

    *Let us pray*

Lord, help me to be precise and to hear you right in every move of my life in 2021 and henceforth.

    In Jesus name.

    2. It is one thing to know what to do, it is another thing to do and act to the letter of the divine instruction.

Philip went down on the way to Gaza as dictated by God.

Obedience to divine instruction is not an option for those who want to do exceptionally well, it is a mandate that must be fulfilled. Come to think of it, God is omniscience; the all-knowing who knew where the eunuch would be at that specific moment.

What if Philip took off hours later? He would have missed his subject. He took off in earnest and he found the eunuch.

Divine instruction brings about precision as it removes the undue sweat in our call to service.

*A major challenge to heeding are the worldly pressure around us… Be still and know that He is God Jehovah*

    3. In acting (taking steps) we know.

Many of us want to get the big picture before starting off. This will never be, by acting we get incremental insight and knowledge.

Philip by obeying found the reason for the divine instruction. If he had stayed back in Samaria he wouldn’t have known what to be done.

To be on point you don’t vacillate, you act with massive impetus like him that knows.

Do not match divine instruction with your level of knowledge.

*As you take steps you know.

    4. Open doors wait for those who act on divine instructions.

Philip met a ready heart. When God leads you to a place he would have prepared ahead of you an open door that no man can close.

*My prayer today: May God lead us henceforth into a place he has prepared for us in Jesus name*

    5. Christ was the center of Philip message.

    Service should be Christ centered.

Whatever we do should be at center of Christ and the gospel.

Consecrate your entire life to live for and in Christ.

This is the path to being precise and on point.

Before rounding up I’ll add this: When you take on the battle/cause of the Lord, he carry yours in its entirety.

Jesus says: My yoke is easy…

I had this experience recently. I was in need of money but yet I refused to fret, instead I was committed to some works that I do:

Some of those works resonate around developing purpose and leadership among students.

When I was through it crossed my mind to call a client. They were happy and promised to give me a job in months to come.

I told my wife, if I had run around town for another 1 month I wouldn’t have earned so much.

Isaiah said: In quietness and confidence is our strength.

*When we begin to hear and obey God, he will cause the universe to obey us*

    Conclusion:

*On point leadership rides on the wings of obedience, and it brings together the man with problem to meet the man with the solution.*

Many times, the world suffers when the man with the answer refuses to show up.

    God bless YOU.

  • GET INTO THE TRENCH

Listen to Human Voice Reading Here:

    Listen to text-to-word voice reading

If you are not in it, nobody will be in it for you. You tell your followers to do certain thing and they end up doing what you do. If you loaf over the job, they do the same; if you are hard working, the people around you will do the same.

Nothing will be done until you are involved; you must be involved all through the process. When your followers know you are not deeply involved in the process they will cut corners and end up with shoddy and poor quality job. This is what we call supervision failure. The leader may mount up excuses upon excuses and put blames on his followers yet he is to be blamed for incompetence and losses whatever.

Sometime ago when my son was six years old, he brought home an assignment from the school. I supervised him on questions one to nine. On the tenth question I assumed he knows it already so I failed to crosscheck. The next day he came home and told me bluntly that I was the cause for missing a question. Initially I wanted to argue but upon examining myself I saw that I was not detailed enough and I acted on assumption that he will do the right thing.

It is an assumption and error of leaders to think that their followers would do the right thing. Leaders should not assume but should be in the picture and details of the activities of their followers. You are the leader because you understand the detail of the job than you followers. If your followers understand the detail of the process than you, you may soon switch role.

Role up your sleeves and get into the trench and work; you cannot know the details by mere overseeing: your hands have to be on the job and be directly involved in every phase and activities. Through this you will gain insights, knowledge and experience to put you on top.

For instance, if your subordinate knows that you do not know better they can always come up with all kinds of excuses of why excellence cannot be achieved. But if you have been in the trench and through the process you would mature to determine whether an excuse is plausible or not; and you would insist on achieving excellence anyway. For real leaders, there is very slim room of possible failure and there is much room for excellence if he is involved and labour on the vision along with his followers.

The followers would also respect such a leader and take him serious on the job because he is involved in the process.

Another merit of a leader who is directly involved is his ability to foresee when a problem or challenge is brewing and he acts quickly before it becomes too late. But a leader who oversees from afar would have sunk before he realizes what goes wrong. A good leader would also know when things are taking good shape and he will motivate his team to seize the moment for a landslide success record.

Look at the job or project that is nose diving under you. From level 1-10, 10 being the highest, score your level of commitment.

  • LEADERS FIND WHAT TO DO

    LEADERS FIND WHAT TO DO

The task of leadership is a great responsibility. Leaders are the trailblazers; the creator of path and destinies. They chart the course of the earth. As trailblazers they do impossible things by offering new thinking, new solutions and discoveries. They are not satisfied with handout solution, they find out why things are the way they are, what can be done to improve the status quo and they get the solution to how to improve the system; and they act on their conviction.

Leaders are the dynamic factor of life, they get life moving and advancing. They are the engine of civilization. The greater portion of mankind is satisfied with the status quo: Most are in the maintenance mode for they refuse to change or improve on what they are offered. But leaders remove the stuck and get the vehicle on the free way drive.

If you are always waiting for someone else to initiate a move or action before you follow, you may not likely rise to become a leader. The leaders are initiators. They find what to do and others follow after them. If you always wait for others you will end up as the second fiddle. Be ahead, create the concept, take the challenge and take daring steps: that is the lifestyle of leaders.

Life is about mind set: followers always do what others do. This is why they are usually in the bandwagon. They are secure to be like everyone else and are uncomfortable when they are alone. Leaders on the other hands know they will often be alone in thought, idea and actions. Leaders will always want a unique place for themselves. The eagle bird does not flock with the other birds, instead it is separate, solitary and alone – yet it is the king of the birds.

Above all, leaders are never stuck; they will always find ways around situations and circumstances. When others are held down and on their knees leaders will devise and chart a way of escape. They are never boxed, held down or confuse.

The leaders are the frame and pillar that hold high, they are the esteem of mankind. Many times, humanity would have degenerated into bestiality and cruelty: of mankind to mankind, until certain leader arises and put a stop to holocaust and depravity.

We have leaders in medicine that have brought cure to diseases that previously look incurable. We also have leaders in the political, economic and educational sectors – leaders have emerged in every spheres of life. One common denomination is that leaders bring meaning to life and they advance how things are done because they search out and do what needs to be done.

  • WHAT THEY SAY DO NOT COUNT

Listen to Human Voice Reading Here:

Listen to text-to-word voice reading here

What They Say Do Not Count: Embrace Your Unique Destiny –

In the journey of life, remember that it is your life and your destiny. Open your mind wide and allow the sweet dreams to flow in. Ignite the fire of a great dream within you and welcome the Holy Spirit to provide you with the big picture of your life. Once you receive it, take time to contemplate and let your mind be illuminated by the grand design.

Stepping Out in Your Season of Performance:

Don’t be afraid to step out and showcase your abilities; it is your season to shine. The world has been eagerly waiting for you and your unique dream. Only you can bring your script to life in your own distinctive way. Banish fear and take bold action.

Disregard Detractors and Embrace Your Individuality:

The opinions of others hold no significance. Your detractors are simply jealous and insecure. They fear that your glory will overshadow theirs. By shouting you down and injecting negative feelings of low self-esteem, they hope to hinder your progress. Hold on to the unique spark of your individuality and resist conforming to their desires and designs.

Defying Challenges: The Audacity to Reign and Be Crowned –

Anyone who challenges your audacity to step into the arena has one purpose: to stop you from reigning and being crowned. Don’t allow them to take away your beautiful coat of many colors. Embrace your calling with confidence and determination.

The Example of Paul: Following God’s Unique Calling –

Look to the example of Paul, who, upon discovering God’s unique calling on his life to minister to the Gentiles, went to Arabia without seeking permission from anyone. He fulfilled God’s mandate for his life without hesitation. His story reminds us that God’s calling doesn’t require validation from others.

    (Galatians 1:15-17)

Joseph’s Journey: From Slavery to Leadership

Joseph’s life is another testament to the power of holding onto a dream. Despite being sold into slavery and facing numerous challenges, he kept his dream alive until it was fulfilled. Not only did he interpret his own dream, but he also interpreted the dream of a nation. Through unwavering determination, he became a great leader of note.

    Seeking Clearance: God’s Approval Over Man’s –

If you’ve been waiting for clearance from others to pursue your dreams, it’s time to recognize that men cannot grant you permission. Rely on God’s approval, for He is the one who gives and sustains you. Seeking validation from others can lead to a sorry and unfulfilled existence.

    Overcoming Frustration: Embracing Your Potential:

It can be frustrating to witness individuals of lesser status, grace, and ability conquering their dreams while you remain despised despite your great potential. The world is designed to despise those who fail to fulfill their potential. Don’t choose to be the despised dreg of the earth simply seeking approval or validation from others.

The World’s Disdain: Breaking Free from the Chains of Unfulfillment:

The world is designed to despise those who remain unfulfilled. The cost of being a people-pleaser is nonfulfillment, and this leads to becoming an object of scorn and ridicule. So, why would you willingly choose to be the despised dreg of the earth solely based on the approval or disapproval of others?

Liberation from the Approval Trap: Embracing Fulfillment Over Conformity:

When it comes to your life and destiny, refuse to grant anyone the power to hinder you or dictate how far you can go. Grant your dreams the freedom to soar and reach the heights of God’s expectations for your life. Break free from the chains of seeking approval and embrace the path of fulfillment.

Unleashing Your Dream: Defying Hurdles and Soaring to God’s Expectations –

The people you fear and worry about hold no true significance in determining your destiny. Their opinions and influence are inconsequential. Release yourself from the grip of their power and focus on pursuing your dreams with unwavering determination. Rise above their limitations and soar towards the fulfillment of God’s purpose for your life.

Empowering Yourself: Rejecting Permission Hinderances and Embracing Destiny –

Do not allow anyone to gain the power to hinder your progress or dictate the extent of your journey. Give yourself the permission and authority to pursue your dreams without constraints. Let your aspirations take flight, unburdened by the limitations imposed by others. Embrace your destiny with confidence and determination.

Determining Your Destiny: Recognizing the Insignificance of Others’ Influence –

Ultimately, the people you fear and worry about do not hold the key to determining your destiny. Their opinions, approval, or disapproval have no lasting impact on your path. Realize that the power to shape your future lies within you. Trust in yourself, believe in your abilities, and pursue your dreams with unwavering conviction.

What are the negative comments around you that seem to be affecting you?

Listen to Human Voice Reading here:

WHEN YOU MOVE, THINGS MOVE: THE POWER OF ACTION AND RESPONSIBILITY

Many of us find ourselves frustrated and dissatisfied with our lives. We complain and feel unhappy because things don’t seem to be working out as planned. Our goals remain unachieved, and our dreams wither away, suffocating to death.

Moving Beyond Intentions: The Key to Achieving Goals –

Yet there is one crucial question we often avoid asking ourselves: Are we truly working towards our goals and dreams? Often, the reason we fail to achieve our purpose is that we dream, plan, and strategize, but we fail to take action. We lack the resilience and determination to put in the hard work required for the actualization of our plans.

The Price of Progress: Hard Work, Persistence, and Sacrifice

Work is the central pivot for bringing forth change. It is the process through which our aspirations become reality. It involves doing what needs to be done, following through on how it should be done, and understanding why it should be done. While designing and planning are important, nothing is ever achieved solely on paper. The best intentions without corresponding work are nothing more than intentions.

Intention does not change the world until we practice and do what we say and propose.

If it is about words, intention, and plans, all nations on earth would be fabulously rich, prosperous, and developed. I have listened to many world leaders say great and beautiful things, and many times they have sincere good intentions. But along the way, for one reason or another, they get stuck on the path to goal realization, all because they did not work on their intentions.

Embracing Responsibility: The Path to True Greatness

It is not cheap to work towards a dream. It will take perspiration, pains, and challenges. The cost to move forward in life, to take the next step and change the course of history, is high. Unfortunately, only a few people are truly ready to pay the price.

Everybody wants to be great, but only a few are willing to pay the price. And it is these few who become the emerged and anointed leaders. Leadership is earned on the platter of taking responsibility and hard work.

True greatness is achieved through responsibility. It requires watchfulness and action to ensure the positive outcome of a purpose and plan.

Don’t Let Your Dreams Wither: Take Charge and Pursue Them

Have you been stuck in one spot for too long? I dare you to take responsibility today through massive, non-tiring hard work. Dreams that remain unachieved are dreams that have not been pursued, dreams that have been abandoned, aborted, and left to die.

Whatever you set your mind to, work on it relentlessly and move it forward. In no time, everything else will revolve around you. Don’t sit idly around your dream; time is running out fast.

The Dynamic Flow of Life: Choosing Motion over Stagnation

Take a cue from the universe itself: the sun, the moon, the planets, and even the composition of matter—they are always in a state of motion.

Remember: Those who take responsibility are truly the leaders – they are the change makers.

What are the things you can start meaningfully today about the realization of that dream?

  • GOD’S LIEUTENANTS

Listen to the human voice reading here:

Or listen to text-to-word machine reading:

    God’s Lieutenants:Bringing Heaven’s Will to Earth.

    Introduction:

In the teachings of Jesus Christ, he emphasized the importance of aligning earthly actions with the will of God. By praying for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven, he revealed the significance of translating the divine purpose into tangible reality. This article explores the concept of being God’s lieutenants, individuals who strive to bring the higher form, grace, and love of heaven into the flawed world we live in.

    Perceiving Beyond the Surface:

While many people see the world as it is and simply complain, there are a few who possess a deeper perception. They catch glimpses of the superior grace and wisdom that resides within the heart of God. These individuals are driven to transcend the status quo and work tirelessly to manifest the perfect picture of God’s will on earth. They understand that there is a stark contrast between the earthly order of corruption, deceit, and anarchy, and the heavenly order of empathy, love, and harmony.

    The Earthly Order:

The world we inhabit is often characterized by self-centeredness, where individuals focus solely on their own interests. It is a place where the strong prey on the weak, and survival of the fittest prevails. This earthly order lacks refinement and fairness, leaving the vulnerable and marginalized at a disadvantage. It is a system that perpetuates a dog-eat-dog mentality, promoting individualistic pursuits over communal well-being.

    The Heavenly Order:

In contrast, the heavenly realm operates on principles of empathy, love, and selflessness. It is a world where people understand the importance of standing in the gap and helping the weaker ones to attain strength. In this divine order, individuals are empowered to become the best versions of themselves, fostering an environment of understanding, sharing, and giving. Every citizen of this heavenly realm finds joy in belonging and actively participates in uplifting others. It is in this realm that God’s will is fully realized, and it is His desire that we strive to create a similar atmosphere on earth.

    The Role of God’s Lieutenants:

God’s lieutenants are individuals who have embraced the responsibility of bridging the gap between the earthly and heavenly realms. They have recognized the need to transform the flawed world around them into a reflection of divine love, justice, and compassion. These lieutenants work tirelessly to dismantle the barriers that divide humanity, advocating for fairness, kindness, and the empowerment of the marginalized.

Embodying the Characteristics of God’s Lieutenants:

To be God’s lieutenants, we must cultivate empathy, love, and selflessness within ourselves. We need to see beyond our personal interests and actively seek the welfare of others. By emulating the characteristics of the heavenly realm, we can become instruments of positive change in a world that desperately needs it.

    The Journey of God’s Lieutenants:

Becoming a God’s lieutenant is not an easy task. It requires commitment, perseverance, and unwavering faith. It demands that we constantly seek the guidance and strength of God to fulfill our purpose. This journey entails both personal transformation and active engagement with the world around us. As lieutenants, we are called to challenge the status quo, advocate for justice, and strive for a world where every individual is valued and supported.

As followers of Jesus Christ, we are called to be God’s lieutenants, bringing heaven’s will to earth. By aligning our actions with the divine purpose, we can create a world that mirrors the love, empathy, and fairness of the heavenly realm. It is a journey that requires us to rise above the flaws of the earthly order and embrace the values that God cherishes. Let us strive to be God’s lieutenants, working together to transform the world.

The Power of Right Living: God’s Lieutenants and the Path to Greatness.

In the pursuit of advancement and greatness, it is crucial to recognize that moral values play a fundamental role in determining the stability, progress, and growth of individuals, organizations, and societies. Without virtue, true advancement is unattainable. This article delves into the significance of righteousness and right living as the key indices for measuring stability, progress, and growth on both individual and societal levels.

    The Limits of Unrighteousness:

When a society becomes driven by deceit, cheating, hedonism, and pleasure-seeking, it may appear to be in motion, but it is ultimately destined for stagnation. How far can a people go when they are constantly devising means to outwit one another? How far can a society go when it indulges in orgies, sexual promiscuity, drunkenness, and hedonistic pursuits? The answer is clear: such a society will eventually come to a halt. The pursuit of unrighteousness may offer temporary gratification, but it lacks the enduring foundation necessary for long-term progress and prosperity.

    Righteousness as the Foundation:

In Proverbs 14:34, it is stated that “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.” God’s will is for righteousness, or right doing, to permeate every aspect of our lives and for individuals to seek the well-being of their fellow human beings and their land. Right living serves as the pivotal point from which the expansion and growth of humanity emanate. It is the framework upon which God’s will is woven.

The Power of Character and Right Living:

Great leaders understand the importance of character and right living as the cornerstones of an enduring legacy. While others may choose to live according to their whims and desires, leaders who aspire to leave a lasting impact recognize the indispensability of character and right living. Enduring legacies cannot be built without them. Character and right living act as preservatives that keep the work of great leaders fresh and impactful for generations to come.

God’s Lieutenants: Bringing God’s Will to Earth:

God’s lieutenants are those who comprehend His will and actively bring it down to earth. They embody the beauty of God’s attributes, such as justice, equality, peace, love, forgiveness, and fairness. Right living is the indispensable foundation for manifesting these qualities. Great leaders understand that righteousness, or right living, is a catalyst for effective leadership. It is impossible to bring forth anything good without first embracing and practicing right living.

The Role of Right Living in Leadership:

Regardless of a leader’s dreams, goals, and aspirations, right living should always serve as the starting point. It is the bedrock upon which successful leadership is built. Right living shapes a leader’s character, integrity, and values, allowing them to make sound decisions, inspire others, and navigate challenges with wisdom and moral clarity. By prioritizing righteousness, leaders lay the groundwork for transformational leadership and the realization of their vision.

    Conclusion:

Right living holds immense power in shaping the destiny of individuals, organizations, and societies. It is through embracing righteousness that we become God’s lieutenants, working to bring His will to fruition on earth. By cultivating character, integrity, and moral values, leaders create enduring legacies and pave the way for progress, justice, and love to flourish. Let us remember that true advancement and greatness can only be achieved when righteousness becomes the guiding principle in every aspect of our lives.

Leader Wanted: Embracing Responsibility for a Transformed World.

The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men. Psalm 115:16.

    Introduction:

In the realm of divine sovereignty, God has entrusted the earth to humanity, giving us the power to shape its destiny. However, many of us have fallen into the trap of irresponsibility, failing to recognize our role in the transformation of the world. We often wait for someone else, even God Himself, to solve the problems that plague our planet. But the truth is, God has already equipped us with the ability to bring about positive change. Within each of us lies a spark of the divine, granting us the power to influence the course of the world. It is time to embrace our responsibility and take action.

    The Fallacy of Waiting:

Far too often, we find ourselves waiting for God to intervene, expecting Him to fix the issues that confront us. We mistakenly believe that as the creator of all things, God should shoulder the responsibility for everything. In this mindset, many have spent their entire lives waiting for a divine intervention, neglecting their own potential to contribute to the world’s betterment. However, God has given us the capacity to transform the earth and shape a desirable future. Each one of us possesses a divine essence within, granting us the power to make a difference.

    The Omnipotent Potential of Humanity:

We must recognize that when it comes to the earth, humanity holds great power. Endowed with a spark of the divine, we have the ability to change the course of events for the better. We are not helpless observers but active participants in the world’s transformation. While God’s sovereignty reigns, His hand moves through the actions of willing individuals who embrace their responsibility. By tapping into the divine within us, we can unleash tremendous potential and create meaningful impact.

    The Consequences of Inaction:

If we continue to wait for God to come down and intervene, our world may spiral into chaos. Civilization may regress, and the helms of power may fall into the hands of those who perpetuate barbarism. Violence and bloodshed may become rampant, leaving our streets stained and our children destitute. The state of our lands may deteriorate into desolation. It is only when humanity takes action that God’s hand is activated.

    The Call to Responsibility:

Careful observation reveals that societies and nations suffering from immense hardship, corruption, and war often bear the consequences of waiting for divine intervention without taking responsibility themselves. Their suffering only increases with each passing day, while they expect God to intervene. Delicate women are left impoverished and unclothed, children become emaciated, and men carry the burden of shame. God waits for a people, a state, and a nation to rise up and embrace their responsibility before releasing His Spirit and energy.

    The Price of Progress:

History demonstrates that advancing societies are built on the shoulders of individuals who have paid the price of responsibility. Those who have made a significant impact on the world have not waited for others to act. They have recognized their own potential and seized the opportunity to effect change. The transformation of society begins with individuals who step forward, take risks, and devote themselves to a cause greater than themselves.

It is time to shed the fallacy of waiting for God or someone else to solve the world’s problems. The earth has been entrusted to us, and we possess the divine essence needed to shape its destiny. Embrace your responsibility and take action. Do not let civilization regress while you wait for divine intervention. Stand up, unleash your potential, and be a leader in the transformation of the world. Remember, progress comes to those who are willing to pay the price and take responsibility for creating a better future. The world needs leaders who will rise to the occasion and make a lasting impact.

Answering the Call to Solve Humanity’s Problems:

A society in decline is often characterized by the complacency and inaction of its people. It is a society where individuals fold their hands and remain nonchalant, unwilling to take up the responsibility of building and improving it. In the absence of leadership, a society lacks direction and advancement. The problems of corruption, moral decadence, terrorism, non-civilization, and backwardness are no longer solely God’s responsibility; they are the responsibility of the people. It is through the emergence of leaders that these problems can be addressed and solutions can be found. The world is in dire need of individuals who possess the vision, passion, and determination to lead and make a positive difference.

    Defining Leadership:

A leader is someone who envisions an advanced state of society and inspires their team, people, and community to strive for it. They do so through spiritual, mental, and physical alertness, transforming disorderliness into orderliness and bringing beauty to chaos and confusion. A true leader instills a sense of responsibility in the people, empowering them to take charge of their own destiny. Without leaders, a society lacks the necessary guidance and direction for progress.

    The Emergence of World Leaders:

Throughout history, the world has witnessed the emergence of leaders who have risen to address pressing issues and make significant contributions to humanity. Martin Luther King Jr. fought against racial segregation, becoming a drum major for bridging racial prejudice. William Wilberforce raised his voice for the downtrodden slaves, advocating for their freedom. Nelson Mandela embodied the spirit of struggle and liberation, leading South Africa out of the grips of apartheid. Desmond Tutu served as the moral compass of South Africa during the apartheid era. Abraham Lincoln redefined leadership, prioritizing the welfare of the common man. Bill Gates propelled the cause of information and communication technology, striving to make computers accessible to all.

    Unresolved Problems and Your Calling:

While many problems persist in our world, each individual has the potential to become a new discovery by identifying and solving a specific issue. God has bestowed upon every person the ability to contribute to the betterment of humanity. Leaders are problem solvers, and their impact is felt when they address the challenges that plague our society. Consider the problems that resonate with you deeply. Is it poverty, climate change, education, healthcare, or something else entirely? Your calling lies within the realm of solving these problems. By taking on the responsibility of finding solutions, you can become a catalyst for change.

    Conclusion:

The world is in need of leaders who will rise up and address the pressing problems that afflict humanity. A complacent and indifferent society can only be transformed through the visionary leadership of individuals who are willing to take up the mantle of responsibility. As a leader, you have the power to envision an advanced state, rally others towards a common goal, and inspire positive change. Identify the problems that resonate with your heart and take action to solve them. Remember, leaders are wanted, and your contribution can make a profound difference in the world. Embrace your calling and be the change you wish to see.

What problems are you called to solve for humanity?

You Have to Start: Embarking on the Journey of Purpose, Destiny, and World Transformation

    Introduction:

In the realm of human existence, there are those who stand at the crossroads of longing and yearning, fueled by an insatiable hunger and an unquenchable thirst. It is a hunger not for food and a thirst not for water but for something far deeper and more profound. They find themselves in the throes of an inner turmoil, a prostration of pains that cannot be explained by bodily ailments alone. In their fervor, they reach out to their community and people, seeking a shared purpose, but receive no response. Yet, they are not alone in their suffering. This is the story of the individual who chooses to take the first step, the one who sets forth on a mission to realize their dream for a larger life.

    The Lone Crusader:

Amidst the deafening silence of indifference, the lone crusader calls upon themselves. With unwavering determination, they don their armor and saddle their horse, setting off on their journey inch by inch, yard by yard, and mile by mile. As they venture forward, a remarkable phenomenon unfolds. Men, women, and youths, inspired by their unwavering spirit, begin to emerge from the shadows, drawn by admiration and a profound sense of identification. From left and right, they converge, swelling the ranks of the crusader’s force.

    From Solitude to Unity:

The crusader starts as a solitary figure, lacking support and companionship. But as they step into the trenches with focused determination and purpose, people begin to gravitate towards them, one after another. The once-lonely path transforms into a common journey towards a larger life. With time, a new world of peace, freedom, prosperity, and fruitfulness begins to take shape. This profound transformation stems from the choice of one individual to initiate a chain of change, where hunger and thirst give way to fullness.

    The Eternal Legacy:

The champion of the people, having grown extraordinary in grace, stands tall like a colossus with their feet firmly planted on the two ends of the earth. Despite their stature, they remain humble, viewing themselves as mere custodians of their people’s aspirations. As time progresses, the champion fades away, leaving space for new champions of the realm to emerge. Yet, the impact of their deeds lingers, transcending time and boundaries. The shadow of the great champion stretches through the years, as they are invited to feast with the immortal. The world of a true leader has no end, and their actions bear eternal value.

Unlocking Destiny: The Puzzle Arrangement and Staircase Principle.

    Introduction:

Today, we embark on a journey of understanding destiny fulfillment through two practical illustrations: the puzzle arrangement and the staircase principle. These analogies offer valuable insights into the process of realizing our life’s purpose and the importance of perseverance and faith along the way.

    The Puzzle Arrangement:

When faced with a puzzle, we are often given a hint or guide to assist us in the arrangement. Initially, the pieces may seem disordered and lack coherence, but we persist, placing each piece meticulously until the puzzle takes shape. Similarly, our life’s purpose is like a puzzle. At the beginning, all we have is an idea, an inner imprint, and our experiences to guide us. When we share our vision with others, they may laugh or fail to comprehend because there is nothing tangible to show them yet. However, we must not allow the absence of immediate results to deter us from the process of arranging our life’s puzzle.

Let’s consider the example of the World Changers Network. Initially, many many saw weekly discussions, but the true vision is to raise leaders in multiple countries. The year 2020 served as a foundation-laying period, and in 2021, we made practical impacts through established content on this platform and our website, by the grace of God. Our destiny, like a puzzle, should never be abandoned. It is our calling, and as we persevere, clarity will emerge with each passing day.

Reflecting on the life of William Wilberforce, we see a remarkable illustration of unwavering commitment to destiny. Wilberforce’s calling was to lead campaigns against the abhorrent slave trade throughout his life. For many years, his efforts seemed futile, as progress was slow and opposition formidable.

Yet, in the twilight of his years, he received news of the abolition of slave trade—a testament to his unwavering resolve. Had Wilberforce halted his pursuit halfway, the world would have missed out on the transformative change he ultimately achieved.

    The Staircase Principle:

Another valuable illustration of destiny fulfillment is the staircase principle. Just as a staircase consists of individual steps leading to a higher level, our journey towards purpose unfolds incrementally. Each step represents a significant milestone or achievement, contributing to our overall growth and progress. It is crucial to recognize that reaching the top of the staircase requires ascending one step at a time. We may encounter setbacks, challenges, and moments of doubt, but if we remain steadfast, embracing the process, we will eventually arrive at our desired destination.

In our pursuit of purpose, it is essential to acknowledge that the path may not always be linear or predictable. There will be twists, turns, and moments when the way forward seems uncertain. However, we must not allow temporary setbacks or external opinions to discourage us. By focusing on each step, diligently working towards our goals, and trusting the divine guidance that illuminates our path, we will ultimately reach the pinnacle of our destiny.

    Note:

As we navigate the journey of destiny fulfillment, let us internalize the wisdom offered by the puzzle arrangement and the staircase principle. Just like assembling a puzzle, our purpose may start as an abstract concept, requiring patience, persistence, and unwavering faith to bring it to fruition. Similarly, ascending the staircase of purpose necessitates taking one step at a time, recognizing that each milestone contributes to our overall growth. Let us embrace the process, trust the inner calling within us, and remain steadfast in our pursuit of purpose. Remember, even in moments of uncertainty, our destiny will make perfect sense in due time.

Embracing the Eternal: Destiny as a Lifetime Program:

Our destinies are not confined to our earthly existence; they extend into eternity. This realization unveils the profound truth that we cannot fully comprehend the entirety of our purpose or destiny within the limited span of our lives on Earth. It is essential to recognize that even Jesus’ destiny did not end at the cross or with His death. Every day, we have the opportunity to breathe new meaning into our destiny if we are courageous enough to live it out.

    1. Many Destiny Pursuit is a Lifetime Program:

Destiny is not a one-time event but a lifelong journey. Our purpose evolves and expands over time, as we continually discover new facets of its expression. Just as Jesus’ destiny extended beyond His earthly life, our destinies continue to unfold even after we depart from this world. It is a continuous process of growth, learning, and impact that resonates throughout eternity.

    2. The Staircase Principle:

No matter how grand and magnificent our destiny may be, it often begins in a state of abasement, where we may lack outward attractiveness or prominence. In fact, if people do not laugh at your audacious dreams, then perhaps you have missed something crucial. Every destiny, at its fullest expression, radiates glory. However, no destiny is built from the top. Just as Jesus could have chosen to be born in a palace, divine order had Him enter the world in a humble manger among animals.

Similarly, our own circumstances, such as being born into poverty, growing up in a war-torn region, or facing early limitations, are not accidents. Sometimes, God intentionally places us in these situations to protect and prepare us for a future time. If Jesus had been exposed at birth, Herod would have sought to kill Him. Therefore, we must navigate through different levels and stages in our journey, gradually unfolding our destiny as we are being refined and equipped.

    The Lesson:

While we may have a clear sense of purpose, its impact may not be immediately evident. We must grow in our destiny, moving from glory to glory. It is common to become frustrated after heeding the call because we expect instant recognition and accolades. However, we must remember that the vision has an appointed time. As stated in Habakkuk 2:3, “though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” Impatience and comparing ourselves with others can lead to a loss of faith and derail our destiny.

Instead, we must focus on our own race and daily seek God’s guidance to lead us from one level of glory to another. Our destiny is found in God, not in the noisy distractions that surround us. As we abide in Him, we are transformed from glory to glory by the power of the Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians 3:18). Embracing the staircase principle, we understand that climbing the steps of destiny requires patience and a steady progression. Trying to reach the top overnight may result in a catastrophic crash that hinders our recovery.

    Conclusion:

Destiny is a lifelong program that extends beyond our earthly existence. We must embrace the eternal perspective, recognizing that our purpose continues to evolve and unfold throughout eternity. Just as Jesus’ destiny did not end at the cross, ours too transcends the limitations of time. Let us be patient with ourselves and others, understanding that the journey of life is a marathon, not a sprint. As participants in the World Changers community, we are committed to running this race, knowing that our destiny unfolds as we faithfully pursue it. May we find solace in knowing that our destinies are not confined to this realm, but reach into the realms of eternity.
