  • The Circumstance Doesn’t Define Your Relationship

    Relationship 101

Topic: The Circumstance Doesn’t Define Your Relationship

Relationships are a crucial part of our lives and they play a significant role in shaping who we are. It is often said that circumstances do not make a person; instead, they reveal what kind of person we are. In most cases, we cannot change or alter the lifestyle of our partners to a large degree. However, who we are as individuals will determine whether we can cope with our partners or not.

It is essential to note that successful relationships require resilience, patience, and commitment. It is not uncommon to encounter challenges in relationships. For instance, financial difficulties, infidelity, violence, among others, can put a strain on any relationship. However, how we handle these challenges will reveal who we are as individuals.

One thing we can learn from successful relationships is that adversity can bring out the best in us. When we face challenges, we have the opportunity to demonstrate humility, temperance, love, and submission to our partners. Adversity in relationships can refine us and make us better versions of ourselves. Those who have gone through more challenges in their relationships often remain standing, while others crumble at the slightest hint of discomfort.

It is crucial to keep our hearts guarded in relationships, as the Bible says, for from it come the issues of life. When we feel overwhelmed and feel like we cannot take it anymore, it is vital to lean on biblical injunctions and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Breaking rank with our partners should only be considered as a last resort.

It is worth noting that not all relationships will work out. However, as individuals, we can choose to exhibit virtues such as resilience, patience, and commitment, knowing that the Holy Spirit dwells in us. When we do our best in relationships, we can be confident that we have done everything in a way that God, angels, and humans would say we have done our best.

In conclusion, our circumstances, whether of money, fame, wealth, or relationships, do not define us. We have the power to choose who we want to be, and we can turn out to be good or bad, depending on our choices. Successful relationships require commitment, resilience, patience, and a willingness to face challenges head-on. When we exhibit these virtues, we can build strong and lasting relationships that will shape us positively.

    *TAKING TERRITORIES… Conclusion*

God has a promised land for everyone. But some will not get there due to unbelief, sin and victim mentality.

When we fail to get there, it doesn’t make God weak in anyway. Instead it shows our weakness.

Instead of bow out, whimpering and being down, let’s look up. God subsists in mercy…

It’s not too late to rise up… While we have the gift called life.

When God promised Israel Canaan… They compromised it through sin, unbelief and victim mentality.

_Check the book of Exodus and Numbers in particular_

*Sin* weakens your resolve and strength for the fight. By it the accuser of the brethren weakens the building up of your faith for the fight to take over.

*Unbelief* makes you not to believe or agree with the promise of the Lord. What you don’t believe you cannot possess.

Victim mentality: This makes you turn away from the battle ground upon realizing certain hindrances.

*When God asked us to take over, he doesn’t expect us to do this with our power like many of us (including me) are doing.*

All he needs is our obedience and in our obedience he takes hold of our beings to do the take over himself.

Moses at the rest sea… When he obey and stretch forth the rod, God flow through.

Joshua at Canaan when he lifted up his hands the sun and the moon stood still… Because he was taking on the battle of the Lord.

Caleb at Hebron… He won because he represented God.

David’s fight with Goliath wasn’t the fight of mortal man and the giant… All God wants is a man…

*The earth is mapped out under spiritual domain*

Those who take over must be opened up for inflow of spiritual forces.

This forces makes them do super thing… Incredible and supernatural.

How do you think a boy like Alexander the Great of Greece took over the earth within a short time? A spiritual battle firstly took place…

We have spiritual princes we contend with… We must overcome by a higher spirit of Christ to move on…

    Instances…

    Daniel 10:13 KJV
But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.

    Daniel 10:20 KJV
Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I am gone forth, lo, the prince of Grecian shall come.

Prince of Persia and Prince of Greece represented principalities… They struggle first to take over natural earth by men.

Israel is ruled by the good prince… Archangel Michael.

Nations are also ruled by different kinds of demon spirits or good spirits… What we see in a nation is characteristics of the dominance spirit per time.

No government exists without a backing forces. No ruler exist on its own accord in nature… Before a throne we have fights and transactions. This transactions have to be obey.

*Let me give us example of Nigeria*

There were two forces that battered for Nigeria… From the southern part the Western nation gain entry while the north was taken over subtly by Fulani under religious pretext

The places they touched each have different characteristics and experiences based on the spirit behind their subtle conquest.

Two nations can be beside each other, the spirit each submit to will determine their end *ultimately*

Ultimately, means short wins and prosperity doesn’t mean all is well… Many examples are in the Bible when evil kingdom rise but for a while.

    Spirits transact on the earth…

They met midway… The Europeans and the Fulanis.

They made bargain on how to peacefully coexist in Nigeria because Fulani’s are warring nations and the Europeans don’t want to suffer losses. So they struck a deal.

When the Europeans left they subtly handed over the rein to the Fulani people.

    Talking about subtle taking over….

All depending on what spirit pervade the atmosphere.

    *TO YOU*

God is counting on a new generation of leaders who will understand how territories are ran.

Who will choose to yield to the supreme force of the Holy Spirit.

The evil forces are transacting over your *nation* , *family* , *your life* – they want to take over the territory.

You have what it takes to stop them.

    *God is ahead*

He said call upon me… Let Jesus come into you and deliberately open up for the Holy Spirit to come into you.

With the Holy Spirit a new kingdom will be set up in your life, family (home) and nation….

Remember, we replicate after the spirit we consciously allow around us.

Its in Psalm 2 as we treated last week.

    You see:

The enemy transacted for the earth, we take over by the Holy Spirit by asking…

This asking means we are asking God by Jesus to come into us.

Even African tradition knows no man does greatly without having a spirit coming into them…

In Old Yoruba empire, there’s a general saying that a new king is expected to have eaten the old King’s heart.

They also believe that the king who presides over the kingdom is vice of the gods… A viceroy.

No one reign without the spirits here on earth… The difference is that if we reign by demonic spirits they leave rubbles and destruction on their path… This is why some nations cannot do without blood, war and terrorism.

Those who gain wealth or influence by evil spirits don’t know rest nor the people in their domain.

But if we will allow our domain to be enlarged by the Holy Spirit, our lives and those who come in contact with us will know buoyancy and the goodness of God.

God is counting on you to take over by his Spirit, this is your only chance for enlarged peace, joy and goodness.

This is the only way our world can be healed. And this is the only way the world can truly know Jesus…

It’s time we take over from the evil forces counting on the power of the Sovereign God…

    It is time.

In the journey of life, remember that it is your life and your destiny. Open your mind wide and allow the sweet dreams to flow in. Disregard Detractors and Embrace Your Individuality:

The opinions of others hold no significance. Your detractors are simply jealous and insecure. They fear that your glory will overshadow theirs. By shouting you down and injecting negative feelings of low self-esteem, they hope to hinder your progress. Hold on to the unique spark of your individuality and resist conforming to their desires and designs.

Defying Challenges: The Audacity to Reign and Be Crowned –

Anyone who challenges your audacity to step into the arena has one purpose: to stop you from reigning and being crowned. Don’t allow them to take away your beautiful coat of many colors. Embrace your calling with confidence and determination.

The Example of Paul: Following God’s Unique Calling –

Look to the example of Paul, who, upon discovering God’s unique calling on his life to minister to the Gentiles, went to Arabia without seeking permission from anyone. He fulfilled God’s mandate for his life without hesitation. His story reminds us that God’s calling doesn’t require validation from others.

    (Galatians 1:15-17)

Joseph’s Journey: From Slavery to Leadership

Joseph’s life is another testament to the power of holding onto a dream. Despite being sold into slavery and facing numerous challenges, he kept his dream alive until it was fulfilled. Not only did he interpret his own dream, but he also interpreted the dream of a nation. Through unwavering determination, he became a great leader of note.

    Seeking Clearance: God’s Approval Over Man’s –

If you’ve been waiting for clearance from others to pursue your dreams, it’s time to recognize that men cannot grant you permission. Rely on God’s approval, for He is the one who gives and sustains you. Seeking validation from others can lead to a sorry and unfulfilled existence.

    Overcoming Frustration: Embracing Your Potential:

It can be frustrating to witness individuals of lesser status, grace, and ability conquering their dreams while you remain despised despite your great potential. The world is designed to despise those who fail to fulfill their potential. Don’t choose to be the despised dreg of the earth simply seeking approval or validation from others.

The World’s Disdain: Breaking Free from the Chains of Unfulfillment:

So, why would you willingly choose to be the despised dreg of the earth solely based on the approval or disapproval of others?

Liberation from the Approval Trap: Embracing Fulfillment Over Conformity:

When it comes to your life and destiny, refuse to grant anyone the power to hinder you or dictate how far you can go. Grant your dreams the freedom to soar and reach the heights of God’s expectations for your life. Break free from the chains of seeking approval and embrace the path of fulfillment.

Unleashing Your Dream: Defying Hurdles and Soaring to God’s Expectations –

The people you fear and worry about hold no true significance in determining your destiny. Their opinions and influence are inconsequential. Release yourself from the grip of their power and focus on pursuing your dreams with unwavering determination. Rise above their limitations and soar towards the fulfillment of God’s purpose for your life.

Empowering Yourself: Rejecting Permission Hinderances and Embracing Destiny –

Do not allow anyone to gain the power to hinder your progress or dictate the extent of your journey. Give yourself the permission and authority to pursue your dreams without constraints. Let your aspirations take flight, unburdened by the limitations imposed by others. Embrace your destiny with confidence and determination.

Determining Your Destiny: Recognizing the Insignificance of Others’ Influence –

Ultimately, the people you fear and worry about do not hold the key to determining your destiny. Their opinions, approval, or disapproval have no lasting impact on your path. Realize that the power to shape your future lies within you. Trust in yourself, believe in your abilities, and pursue your dreams with unwavering conviction.

  • Milk Versus Meat Christian

We need to understand the difference between the milk and meat in day to day use of it.

    Text:

    Hebrews 5:11-14 KJV
Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing. [12] For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. [13] For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. [14] But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

    In day to day:

Milk is special food desired for growth of new born baby.

Milk isn’t meant for adult, too much of it would lead to poisoning in the bloodstream of the adult

Verse 11, Paul had many things to say but hard to be uttered.

The reason: many of the believers who ought to grow are still babe

Many of them haven’t left their lifestyle of 20years ago.

Such lifestyle of lies, immorality, and other forms of sinfulness are still much in them.

To further in the message of holiness and consecration, they will backslide as they see it as too much burden to bear.

So you need to pet them with the milk.

If you expose them to hard truth they will stop going to church.

*I believe that Christianity is a complete life turn around process*

True Christianity must affect your inner life, conducts, language, dressing, friendship, what you eat, etc.

_When your Christianity only affect your *mind* it becomes questionable_

Truly, Christianity is an inside-out experience. It starts from within but it must necessarily flow out except it is dried up by sin

Jesus in telling us about the Holy Spirit, said he’s like a river that flows from within outward.

You cannot bottle the Christian experience, people around you must notice it, if it is the original Christ that’s in you. You cannot hide the light by darkness.

    Hallelujah

    John 7:38 KJV
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

When you ought to help young believers to grow you’re still arguing on dressing, food, denominations, etc.

    Hebrews 5:12 KJV
For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

If you’ve received the original Spirit of Christ, no one will monitor you as regard to sin and righteousness… For the Holy Spirit will lead you in all truth.

Yet know that the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of liberty not bondage.

Ultimately, whatever the Holy Spirit leads you into brings more life, health, abundance, and good report.

Note: religiosity isn’t the same as consecration.

Consecration comes in levels, and that because you’ve met with the Lord, not because a pastor or denomination enforce a rule on you.

When you are a child of God, you don’t commit adultery and create wall of excuse or justification.

When you’re a child of God you don’t seek for means to cheat your neighbour.

When you’re a child of God you don’t encourage or partake in corruption.

A mature child of God lives the exemplary life of Christ.

When people are in doubt whether you’re a child of God, you’re nothing but a babe.

    Hebrews 5:13 KJV
For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.

*This is how to know mature Christians*

    Hebrews 5:14 KJV
But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

It is not how long you’ve been a Christian that determines whether you’re a babe or mature.

The determinant is based on your ability to discern between good and evil without being monitored or cajoled

A mature believer studies the word

A mature believer gives his offerings at the right time, pastor don’t have to shout or promise lies.

    A mature believer shares freely

A mature believer helps others in need

    Mature believer prays

*The question is: are you a mature believer?*

Do you have to be pushed here and there?

The danger of remaining a babe for too long is tendency to backslide.

Theirs no stagnancy in life, is either you’re moving forward or backward.

Remember, much milk diet for adult leads to poisoning of the bloodstream.

Grow into adult believer, learn the truth and live it and it will set you at liberty.
