From personal experience we often agitate and make wrong decisions and losses…
If we know how much we will lose we would rather wait.
From these experiences, I have learned that waiting on God is of benefits, it ensures we suffer no loss before the appointed time.
What to do before the appointed time.
1. We must know whether we are in the waiting period or it’s the devil cheating us out.
2. If we are in the waiting period like the baby in the mother’s womb we are to keep feeding and nurturing ourselves through divine outlets… Outlets fashioned out by God… Remembering that the baby in it’s mother doesn’t aid its own feeding.
3. When we have grown to fullness we will realize we have all the power and faculty to deal with the situation appropriately. Like the mature foetus you can kick yourself into your new world.
Even our Lord Jesus do not respond to situation at the flight of thought… Raising of Lazarus as a case.
Appropriate timing is what brings forth the result.
The waiting time is surely a time for nurturing, growth and development of strength and faculty for the hour and time.
In addition, in waiting we keep testing out strength like someone who want to raise a 100kg load, he keeps building himself and at the same time testing his capacity… Because if we fail to test our capacity we wouldn’t know when we are set to act…
Elijah prayed for rain, yet he had somebody to keep watch to see the natural outcome….
The waiting time is your time for development
